The Louisiana Records Historical Advisory Board (LHRAB) was created by executive order in 1998, and amended by Act 85 of the 2018 Regular Legislative Session, to coordinate and facilitate the efforts of historical records repositories and other informational agencies within the state of Louisiana in the collection, preservation and publication of the important historical documents of the state.
